Answer: Yes, we understand that life happens! We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

10. Do you offer one-time cleaning or only recurring services?

Answer: We offer both one-time cleaning services as well as recurring cleaning plans (weekly & fortnightly). You can choose the frequency that works best for you.

11. How do I pay for the cleaning services?

Answer: We accept a variety of payment methods, including cheques, cash, and online payment options. Payment is typically made after the cleaning is completed. A booking deposit is required, for all Deep cleans and End of tenancy cleaning.

Answer: Yes, all of our cleaners undergo thorough background checks and are vetted for their reliability and trustworthiness before joining our team.

13. Do you accommodate pets during the cleaning?

Answer: Yes, we understand that pets are an important part of your family! Our cleaning team is happy to work around your pets. However, for their safety and comfort, we recommend keeping pets in a separate room or area during the cleaning.
